Dinner 12 September 2009.

 

1. All former members of the 3rd Battalion Coldstream Guards are invited to dine together, along with their good ladies.

2. The cost of the Dinner is £20.00 per person.

Cheques should be made payable to “3rd Battalion Reunion”.

 

3. Order of dress will be Black Tie/Lounge suit (medals optional)

 

4. Fall in will be sounded at 1830 for 1930.

 

5. Accommodation has been arranged at a special rate. You should book direct with the Hotel quoting “Coldstream Guards Re union Dinner”; you are advised to book early.

Single Room: £65.00 per night.

Double Room £80.00 per night.

Prices include full English breakfast.

 

6. For those wishing to make a weekend in Derby rooms are available on Friday at the same rate. A choice of evening meal is also available.

 

7. It is intended to run a raffle after the Dinner. If you could donate a raffle prize it would be most welcome. All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to Regimental Funds and the Selly Oak Hospital Appeal.

9. Due to a limit on seating you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.

 

10. Should you have to cancel please do so before 24 August 2009.

 

11. Visit to the Armed Forces Memorial at Alrewas. If there is sufficient interest, a coach will be organised to take members to visit the newly appointed Guards Memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum on the morning of Saturday 12 September.
